Your User Name and Password need to be entered exactly as it appears in your password email. It is a good idea to use the copy and paste function on your computer to enter them into the Login Fields.

To copy your User Name, use your curser to high light it in your email program.

Then click on the “Edit” pull down menu at the top of your email program and click on Copy.

Switch to the Login Page on Internet Explorer. Click on the User Name field so that you see the flashing curser.

Then at the top of the browser, click on the “Edit” pull down menu and click paste. Do the same for your Password.
